– Żoli Żoli entered the last stage of construction: closing the shell, we are starting finishing works. This is a very important stage for us, the building takes on its character. As part of the investment, two small buildings with a total of 234 apartments are created, with a different area – from 27 to 113 m2. The height of flats in the whole building A will be almost 3 m, and in the B building 2.7 m. On the ground floor, service premises are planned, in which shops and service points necessary for residents will be located. The investment enjoys great interest of customers, mainly due to its quality and location. As of August 23, 220 apartments have already been sold.

Realization of the next stage of the ŻOLI ŻOLI investment
On March 6, 2018 the realization of the fourth stage of construction was completed, including on the execution of ‘the zero state’ associated with the execution of earthworks (excavation) and construction in the range of walls, columns and floors ceiling -1, -2, -3. Bohema, the latest residential project of Okam, is the Gold Sponsor of the Tracks. Bohema is one of the most interesting housing proposals in Warsaw. These are modern buildings that will be built in the revitalized part of Prague. They are part of a unique concept that combines housing, service, office and cultural and social functions.
The new buildings thanks to the large brick planes will refer with external architecture to the existing historical buildings after the former Pollena factory. Żoli Żoli is an interesting Żoliborz address: not far from Grunwaldzki Square, at Rydygiera St., apartments with various sizes are created: from 27 to 113 m2. They are attractively designed: they have from 1 to 5 rooms. The project distinguishes the height of the apartments. In the entire building A, flats are above standard high and have 3 meters. This creates new arrangement possibilities and even small apartments seem to be more spacious. Apartments on the ground floor have green gardens. All other premises have balconies or loggias, while penthouses have loggias and roof terraces. The project was designed by a prestigious Płaskowicki + Partnerzy Architekci architectural studio known for projects such as Zdrojowa Invest: Apartment in Kołobrzeg, Apartment Baltic Park Molo in Świnoujście, Konstruktorska Residential Matexi and Brama Północna – office center in Warsaw.
